How I’m Feeling
Overall, still feeling good. Friends & family have been so sweet, telling me I look great, ha. The past 2-3 weeks I have been having a lot of belly pain. No one talks about your belly hurting, so I wasn’t sure what to think. It wasn’t excruciating, but definitely wasn’t comfortable. I would say I was uncomfortable the majority of the day. The baby’s kicks felt really strong and my stomach would get really tight several times a day. When I asked my doctor about it, she said everything was just stretching out. The ultrasound tech had told me a week or two before that he was measuring ahead and had probably just had a growth spurt. The pains have subsided for the most part now, so I guess it all makes sense and it really was just a quick growth spurt! But wow! I did not expect to feel pain from week 32-33. The baby also moves ALL the time. It is crazy, like there is an alien inside me, but it’s fun to have Luke feel my belly. I know that the movements will change/decrease some from here on out because baby will have less space to move around. Currently, it feels like he flips around several times a day. I am waiting for him to get head down and stay that way, but he still has plenty of time to do so.

What I’m Loving
I am loving sleep and food right now. My body is getting used to night shift because it’s very hard for me to fall asleep at night, even if I am off work. I can easily sleep all day though. It’s a weird feeling and frustrating because I don’t get much done during the day anymore.
My current cravings are watermelon and feta cheese. So random, but I am obsessed and can’t get enough! I’ve been eating this combo everyday for weeks now. I’m loving all fruits and salads and fruit on salad 🙂 It’s such a nice, cool treat since the weather has been super hot and humid.

Highlights through the Weeks
The past couple weeks I’ve had several photoshoots and I am anxiously awaiting getting all of the photos back so that I can share them. My sister came into town and it was so fun shooting maternity photos with her. I know we will really cherish the photos for years and years because we will (most likely) never be pregnant at the same time again.
Luke and I have been able to spend a lot more time together lately, due to his work, and that is definitely a highlight!! I can’t get enough time with him and I keep telling him we need to be spontaneous and do random dates as much as possible right now because very soon that will not be as easy to do.
We did a 3D ultrasound a few weeks ago and that was amazing to see. The baby looks just like Luke did as a baby!! It is crazy how much they look alike and I can’t wait for him to come out and to see him in real life!

Bump Status
I mentioned this on Instagram, but sooo many strangers that I come across (usually while in the elevator at work people try to make small talk) ask me if I’m counting down the days yet. Honestly, I haven’t really, I’m still just counting down the weeks! But, I guess this means my bump looks huge like I am about to pop. I’m about to hit the one month left mark and I’m sure I will be counting the days starting then!
