Thank you for supporting our small business! Each snow globe tumbler is handmade with care, and we take pride in the quality of every item.

All Sales Are Final  
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
To process your claim, include:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item and packaging  

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Issues  
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations  
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Care Disclaimer  
Our snow globe tumblers are handmade and may have slight variations or small imperfections—this is part of their unique charm and not considered a defect.

Processing Time  
Please allow the stated processing time of 5-10 business days before shipment. Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.
